The Gyny Gold Slide System
The slide system allows you to easily manage your Gyny Gold subscription.
How Slide works
Each month, between the 1st and the 7th, you can make a "slide" to postpone the monthly payment. Simply click on the "slide" button in your account, and you will not be charged this month.
Maintain benefits
If you make a purchase during the slide period, the payment is postponed, and you keep your Gold status and all benefits.
Free trial period
The first month is free. After this period, you can continue your subscription for €42 incl. tax per month, cancelable at any time.
No action required
If you do nothing, the subscription will be automatically charged on the 8th of the month, ensuring your access to Gold benefits.
Loyalty FAQ
The customer will have a period between the 1st and the 7th of the month to "slide the month". This action corresponds to clicking on the slide the month button in their customer area. They will not be debited the €42 but will keep their Gold member status and benefits.
On the other hand, if the customer makes a purchase between the 1st and the 7th of the month, the subscription will not be deducted and they will keep their Gold member status and benefits.
If no action is taken within this period, on the 8th of the month the money will be deducted.
This amount will go to their wallet and will be directly available for their next purchases.
The customer can unlock this money from €100 of purchase and will be cumulative with their 15% preferential. Furthermore, the subscription amount cannot be combined with other promotional offers or sales.
If the customer has not slid the month for several months, the accumulated money will always be available in their wallet to be used according to the conditions mentioned below.
The benefits of Gyny fidelity Gold and Student accounts cannot be combined with the -20% welcome discount. The offer will apply from the 2nd purchase onwards.
POINT ACCUMULATION (GYNS)*
Gyns will be calculated on the amount paid, i.e., excluding loyalty benefit, balance, or promotional offer.
SALE / PROMOTIONAL OFFER*
Gold and Student benefits can be combined with sales and promotional offers.
